How We Share Leads with Partner Banks and NBFCs

The core purpose of LoanServ is facilitation. When you submit the apply-lead form, you authorise us to share your enquiry details with our partner banks and NBFCs and their authorised representatives, so that they may assess your eligibility and contact you regarding loan products.

Once a lead is shared, the partner lender processes your information under its own privacy policy and terms, over which LoanServ has no control. Loan approval, interest rates, charges and final terms are determined solely at the discretion of the partner bank or NBFC. We may also share data with service providers who host our site or provide analytics and advertising, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain lead and contact information only for as long as necessary to facilitate your enquiry, to allow partner lenders to follow up, and to meet legal or record-keeping obligations. Consent-based credit-check inputs such as PAN and date of birth are not stored longer than needed to perform the requested check, in line with our Data & Privacy Policy. Aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer as it does not identify you directly.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
